Do you need to pay VAT?

Most of our customers do not need to pay VAT on their Canary Care kits. If you (or the person you are ordering the kit for) have a condition that requires medication or are registered disabled, you may be eligible for VAT relief. You can check VAT relief eligibility on the HMRC website.

How many sensors would you like?

We’ve designed our packages to offer flexibility for homes of different sizes, and families with different needs. You can add extra Multifunction Sensors later if you want to (up to a maximum of 10). All of our kits include a hub, power supply, visitor card, batteries and fixings.

How many Smart Plugs would you like?

Keep track of appliance usage with our smart plug. Simply insert the smart plug into a standard socket and plug in the appliance you want to monitor. Use the Canary Care web app to see when the appliance was switched on/off, how long for, and set appliance usage alerts.

How many Humidity Sensors would you like?

Can be placed in a bathroom to help you understand when someone is having a bath or shower. It can also detect when the conditions in a property are conducive to the development of mould.

Canary Care Portal access

Information from the sensors is sent to the Canary Care portal where you can log in to see your loved one’s daily routine. The monthly payment ensures you have 24/7 access to the activity data.
