The starter pack contains a hub, 6 wireless motion sensors, 2 door magnets, a visitor cards, adhesive stickers, batteries and a power supply.
Our returned demo, trial and service-only systems may have some cosmetic damage, but they are in perfect working order. Professionally refurbished by us and come with our standard 12-month warranty.
Do you need to pay VAT?
Most of our customers do not need to pay VAT on their Canary Care kits. If you (or the person you are ordering the kit for) have a condition that requires medication or are registered disabled, you may be eligible for VAT relief. You can check VAT relief eligibility on the HMRC website.

Information from the sensors is sent to the Canary Care portal where you can log in to see your loved one’s daily routine. The monthly payment ensures you have 24/7 access to the activity data.
