Our Plus Package comes with everything you’ll need to support someone to live independently. As well as the central hub, multi-function sensors, and smart plug included in the Core Package, you’ll also get a humidity sensor and 4 vibration sensors – perfect for monitoring independent bathroom usage and tracking smaller movements like key drawers or cupboards being opened throughout the day.

Our new future-ready hub connects your sensors to the cloud using a simple mobile-guided set up, and Wi-Fi, 4G, and Zigbee for improved reliability and range.
The Canary Care Hub is powered by your mains electricity via the Power Supply Unit. If the Hub is ever unplugged from the sockets, or loses mains power, it has up to 24 hours of internal backup battery to keep your system running until the power is back on.

When the humidity in the room increases, you’ll be notified in the Canary Care Portal. Plus, placing the sensors around the home will help determine if the conditions are conducive to mould growth, which makes it easier for early intervention.

What does the monthly subscription cover?
Your monthly subscription covers everything needed to keep the Canary Care system running smoothly. This includes: connectivity and access to the Canary Care Portal, the ability to continuously monitor and set up real-time alerts, access to new features and ongoing improvements as the technology evolves, and non-stop customer support along the way.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription whenever you choose. There is no long-term contract, and you will only pay for the current billing period. Once the subscription ends, monitoring and alerts will stop. If you decide to restart the service in the future, we can reactivate your account.
