Our new future-ready hub connects your sensors to the cloud using a simple mobile-guided set up, and Wi-Fi, 4G, and Zigbee for improved reliability and range.
The Canary Care Hub is powered by your mains electricity via the Power Supply Unit. If the Hub is ever unplugged from the sockets, or loses mains power, it has up to 24 hours of internal backup battery to keep your system running until the power is back on.

These sensors can be placed on the wall of any room or hallway, with movements tracked straight into the Canary Care Portal.

Then set up usage alerts within the Canary Care Portal to see when the appliance was switched on or off, and how long for – perfect for checking when someone has used the kettle to make a cup of tea or used the microwave to heat up some food.

What does the monthly subscription cover?
Your monthly subscription covers everything needed to keep the Canary Care system running smoothly. This includes: connectivity and access to the Canary Care Portal, the ability to continuously monitor and set up real-time alerts, access to new features and ongoing improvements as the technology evolves, and non-stop customer support along the way.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription whenever you choose. There is no long-term contract, and you will only pay for the current billing period. Once the subscription ends, monitoring and alerts will stop. If you decide to restart the service in the future, we can reactivate your account.
